Bathrooms

● Cobwebs removed

● Dust exhaust fans

● Tile walls, bathtubs and showers

● Toilets thoroughly cleaned and sanitized

● Cleaned Shower doors

● Cleaned Mirrors and chrome fixtures cleaned and shined

● Doors and door frames spot cleaned

● General dusting including baseboards

● Exterior of Medicine cabinet

● Empty trash can

● Disinfect, wiped the outside and inside of trash can

● Mirrors

● Disinfect door knobs and light switches

● Floors cleaned and sanitized/carpet vacuumed .

Kitchen & Eating Area

● Cobwebs removed

● Countertops cleaned and sanitized including breakfast bar

● Outside of range hood cleaned Top and front of range cleaned

● Cleaned Drip pans, stove or glass top surfaces wiped

● Sinks cleaned and chrome shined

● Fronts of all appliances cleaned

● Floors vacuumed (vacuum edges, under cabinets)

● Microwave cleaned inside and out

● Refrigerator cleaned outside only

● Wiped down outside of trash can

● Door and door frames spot cleaned

● General dusting including baseboards Sweep/vacuum and mop floor

● Disinfect door knobs and light switches

● Wash dishes in sink or load dishwasher, clean all furniture (table, chairs, barstools) if requested

Bedroom and Living Area

● Flat services hand wiped.

● Doors and door frames spot cleaned

● Cobwebs removed

● Picture frames dusted

● Disinfect door knobs and light switches

● Knickknacks area dusted. ( lift and move items and dust under them) Excessive amount of items will take time to clean, we recommend to move things around and organize before our arrival to avoid additional charges.

● Floors vacuumed and mopped, vacuumed carpet

● Stairs vacuumed

● Empty closet floors vacuumed

● General dusting including baseboards

● All readily accessible floors vacuumed

• We do not climb higher than a 2-step ladder. Higher items will only be dusted w/ an extension duster. We cannot move furniture, but we will try to reach any visible places either by hand or with an extension duster.

*Please allow for some dust resettlement after we leave, we try to limit the dust in the air but cannot prevent this entirely.
